Wi-Fi - Wireless Internet Access
Students at Central can access the internet on their wireless device using Central's free wireless connection, Central WiFi.
Accessing the free Wifi
You will need a wifi enabled device. Most newer laptops, iPads and mobile phones have built-in wifi capabilities.
To access:
- Go to the available Wireless Network Connection List as displayed on your device
- Navigate to "central" in the list
- The Central Wifi login page will appear
- Follow the instructions on screen to login using your 04xxxxxxx student username and password.
- The Wifi will let you know if you are successful
What can you get access to
Central students can access many internet sites. There are some sites that you won't be able to access and if this is the case, a notice will let you know.
Where can you get access to Central Wifi
Coverage is currently in every room, every area at Perth, East Perth and Mt Lawley campuses and most of Leederville (not accessible near the construction of the new facade).
