Assistance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
Nyoongar Kadadjiny Kulark Kart Perth Campus 30 Aberdeen Street. Nyoongar Kadadjiny Kulark Kart Centre can assist you with information in a range of areas to do with your study including course enquiries, facilities, fees payments and instalment plans, referrals to external support agencies and pathway opportunities.

Youth Conselling/Psychological Services
Central has an arrangement in place with Youth Focus to provide students (aged 14 – 19 years) experiencing extreme stress or mental health challenges with access to a free, long-term psychologist service. Youth Focus can also provide family counselling services to support the family unit. A Youth Focus Counsellor is on site at Central on Tuesdays.

Psychologist Service
Central offers free, confidential, independent and professional assistance to all students. We also offer an e-counselling service.

Access and Equity
Central is committed to providing a fully accessible learning environment for all students and offers a range of support to people with disabilities to help achieve their educational and career goals.

Financial Assistance
If you need assistance with paying for your fees, there are a number of options open to you. Student Services can explain the options available to you, which include VET Fee Help, instalment plans and scholarships.

Security
Security officers are available at most campuses. Please check with student services at your campus (see above) to find out what hours they are available. The security officer may be requested to accompany staff and students to Institute carparks when not engaged in other duties.
At the Perth campus a security officer may also be requested to accompany groups of staff and students to the nearby car parks and to the Wellington Street crossover approach to the main railway station.
